January has been filled with photo sessions and events. I have been so blessed to have photographed such amazing, sweet people. I loved photographing this event. This was such a fun birthday party! What a loving family. Friends and family were so sweet and made sure that all of the kids were having a great time. Also, any party where you’re told several times to eat or drink is pretty good. ;) Thank you to our hosts, their family, and their friends for making us feel so welcome! Also, thanks Joi de Vie Weddings and Events for all the hard work you put into this.
Birthday girl was so sweet. At one point, she came up to me and wouldn’t let me put her down for a while. Ah! I love her! And hello, what fabulous style!
The face painting was a huge hit!
The bar was all juice, soda, and candy. I had a cotton candy drink which was amazing!
Kerline @ Joie de Vie-Michelle! I knew you were the perfect fit for this special birthday party. Love the preview shots. Can’t wait to see the rest of the photos. Thank you again for all of your help!
Michelle-Thank you so much Kerline!!! It was such a fun event.
It was such a blessing to photograph this family. They are all amazing! Working with wonderful people is my favorite part of being a photographer.
Part of this extended family lives no where near Florida, so it was extra fun that they found me through a friend. Thanks Jeni! Referrals are the biggest compliment!
I would also like to thank my amazing friend, Tina, for helping me with a reflector, driving me around Tampa, making me laugh, and spoiling me so much! And now, a preview of our session.

Tina Bass-Yay!!! The pictures came out amazing! It might have been the reflector doing all the work, though. Haha, totally kidding! Your work is always amazing!!!
Michelle-Haha! Well, that IS some pretty amazing reflector work!!! Thanks again!!!
My dear friend, Shipra Panosian, invited me along to one of her weddings. It was so fun photographing along side such a sweet photographer. The bride, groom, their families, and their friends were amazing. There was so much warmth and love shown. The mixture of sweet tears and giant smiles was beautiful. It was such an honor to help capture this wedding day.
For me, the day started off by photographing the groom and his groomsmen.
The groom’s dad and brother were so incredibly nice!
The groom’s mother looked so beautiful. It was such a special moment as she helped her son with his jacket.
The ceremony was held at Polasek Gardens and Museum in Winter Park. The bridesmaid were so beautiful walking down the aisle.
The bride and her parents walking down the aisle made the wedding feel even more real. I could see people tearing up at this point. It was so sweet.
The reception was held at the Citrus Club in Orlando.
